MWD Ronnie (AO47) is our newest arrival. Ronnie arrived in the US on March 9th, 2007. He is a 10 yr. old Belgian Malinois. He was with the Fifth Fleet K-9 unit stationed in Bahrain for 8 years as an explosive/patrol dog. While in Bahrain, between missions, MA2 Bishop volunteered at the kennel where MWD Ronnie was and found out MWD Ronnie was being disposed of and started the process of trying to adopt him in to get him home to N.E.R.O. These are some pictures of Ronnie that we would like to share:
